Über die Position

Verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Transport-, Versand- und Zollprozessen zur Sicherstellung einer kostenoptimalen, termingerechten und kundenorientierten Auslieferung. Die Position steuert Transportdienstleister, analysiert und optimiert Logistikabläufe, fungiert als Ansprechpartner für Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsthemen und unterstützt die Umsetzung logistischer Projekte und Prozessverbesserungen.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Steuerung und Betreuung von Spediteuren, KEP-Dienstleistern und weiteren Transportpartnern
• Steuerung und Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Transportversorgung für nationale und internationale Sendungen
• Analyse und Optimierung von Transport-, Versand- und Logistikprozessen
• Ansprechpartner für Zoll-, Außenwirtschafts- und internationale Versandthemen
• Überwachung und Analyse von Frachtkosten sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Bewertung der Servicequalität und Leistungsfähigkeit von Transportdienstleistern anhand definierter Kennzahlen
• Mitarbeit an logistikbezogenen Projekten und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
• Reklamationsmanagement und Eskalationsbearbeitung bei Transportstörungen
• Pflege relevanter logistischer Stammdaten, Vereinbarungen und Dokumentationen

Verantwortung

• Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen, zuverlässigen und rechtskonformen Transportabwicklung
• Optimierung von Frachtkosten, Liefertreue und logistischen Prozessen
• Einhaltung von Zoll-, Außenwirtschafts- und Unternehmensvorgaben
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Transportdienstleistern, Prozessen und Logistikstandards

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Speditionskaufmann /-frau oder vergleichbar
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Gefahrgutschulung für alle Verkehrswege (ADR/IMO/IATA)#
• Erfahrung / Kenntnisse im europäischen Zollrecht
• Kenntnisse Office 365 + SAP S4
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift  (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
