Qué harás
Como Transport Specialist, serás responsable de coordinar y optimizar las operaciones de transporte y distribución, asegurando servicio, coste y calidad.
Tus principales funciones serán:
Ejecutar la estrategia de transporte y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de servicio y coste.
Gestionar la relación con transportistas y proveedores, supervisando su desempeño.
Planificar rutas y hacer seguimiento de pedidos hasta la entrega al cliente.
Monitorizar KPI’s logísticos: nivel de servicio, coste, optimización de cargas.
Supervisar operaciones y garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.
Elaborar y analizar reportes operativos para la toma de decisiones.
Participar y coordinar proyectos logísticos, asegurando plazos, costes y objetivos, y colaborando con equipos transversales.
Impulsar mejora continua y apoyar la implementación de herramientas (TMS).
Qué buscamos
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en transporte, logística y supply chain.
Grado universitario o máster en ADE, Logística o cualquier rama relacionada con logística.
Capacidad analítica y experiencia con KPI’s.
Buenas habilidades de organización, comunicación y trabajo transversal.
Manejo de herramientas digitales (Excel, TMS, ERP) y Power BI.
Muy valorable carnet de conducir y coche.
