Job Description

This role is concerned with customising the TPS strategy aligned to Country to grow the franchise in changing environments. It is focused on enabling client centricity within known sectors. Teams reporting to this role are adaptable in variable conditions where the role is responsible for managing a mix of skills and teams.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Transaction Banking
3-4 years
A demonstrated ability to manage budgeting and financial processes Previous experience managing a successful low complexity country would be an advantage.Maintain a network of key stakeholders to enable sales and servicing of clients. A Proven ability to lead teams across the multitude of products and focus areas.

3-4 years
Detailed understanding of Local regulatory requirements. Experience in assessing and managing credit decisions.

More than 10 years
A thorough working knowledge of a Transactional Banking environment with good exposure to Transactional products, client facing experience and the value chain . •A broad product knowledge including Cash, Investor Services and trade. •An established network to solve and execute on solutions for clients.•A proven track record with client relationships. •A working knowledge of other banks products outside TPS would be an advantage
