About the Role:
- Deliver system, process, and onboarding training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, handouts, and process documentation to support learning initiatives.
- Partner with team leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, facilitate refresher sessions, and support the rollout of new or revised processes.
- Monitor and assess the performance and training progress of new joiners during probation, providing feedback and recommendations for development.
- Support talent development initiatives by managing training records, tracking employee skills and career progression, and generating training and performance reports as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, or supporting employee onboarding and development initiatives.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience creating training materials and reports.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
