Training Scheduler (Secret Clearance)

Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in training scheduling systems, you will be managing the student training pipeline for assigned training, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:

• Determine proper training requirements as determined by government guidance
• Coordinate with training venues for student placement and provide reports on training status
• Provide pipeline scheduling for USAF training using multiple software platform resources
• Assist with office management to include security requirements, automated data processing equipment management, and other assigned duties related to pipeline management 
  
• Perform other assigned tasks to analyze scheduling and student training
• Answer incoming calls
• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Active Secret clearance
• Experience and understanding of military training
  
• 3 years pipeline management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of military rank structure to include United States Air Force, United States Navy, United States Space Force, and United States Army
  
• Knowledge of training scheduling systems to include classified systems
• Experience with the following systems:
  • Global Command and Control System
  • Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments
  • Joint Operations Planning and Execution Segments
  • Discrepancy Reporting Deployment Planning Reporting Tool
  • AF Reporting Instruction Tool
  • MILPDS
  • Air Force Personnel Accountability (AFPASS)

• Strong communication skills
  
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervisory oversight
