Department: TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Hybrid

POSITION SUMMARY:

The TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center at Boston Medical Center focuses on pediatric behavioral health integration and collaborates with healthcare practices to expand access to quality behavioral health care for children and families in multicultural pediatric settings. TEAM UP includes a Learning Community that combines clinical training with practice transformation support and an evaluation arm to advance the evidence base for integrated behavioral health care through rigorous mixed methods research. At its core, TEAM UP is a social justice initiative, aimed at increasing access to services and quality care in structurally marginalized communities.

  • Conduct training, both in person and virtually, as part of clinical training and implementation team.

  • Manage clinical training team’s dissemination projects, within the Center’s broader framework for oversight of dissemination activities, including conference presentations, manuscript generation, article writing, and other forms of written and oral pursuits.

  • Provide expertise to the Center’s knowledge and direction on the Integrated Behavioral Health landscape, both within Massachusetts and nationally.

  • Contribute to research and evaluation processes, particularly related to assessing the impact of clinical practices on patient experiences and workforce wellness.

  • Represent the TEAM UP Center externally via participation in task forces, policy workgroups, and conferences.

  • Facilitate and manage relationship building with educational institutions to expand TEAM UP’s internship program as well as other workforce development initiatives.

  • Oversee process of recruiting and matching interns with the TEAM UP Center projects and mentors.
