• Average PMI (last 6 months)/PMS rating 3 and above

• Min 1 year in current role 

• No Warning Letter issued in the past 3 months

• Mandatory E-learning courses certified wherever applicable

• Design and develop training programs tailored to BPM and Quality practices.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to teams across the organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
• Assess training needs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BPM and Quality.
• Provide support and guidance to team members post-training, ensuring knowledge retention.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments and develop strategies to address gaps.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting knowledge sharing.

•    Preparing Process SOP document, Lesson Planner, Training Roadmap as per business requirement.
•    Prepare Training Modules, Soft Skil Modules, Scripts as per process requirement
•    Meet Training KPI Target, Compliance to Training framework. 
•    Ensuring 100% Target compliance
•    Preparing and Conducting PKT- Product Knowledge Test / KAT – Knowledge Assessment Test.
•    Preparing and Publishing of Refresher Coverage Report, Training Dashboard, Training Batch report, etc.
•    Conducting Refresher Training as per TNI-Training Need Inputs analysis
•    Conducting Training as per L & D for employee grooming and competency skill enhancement
•    Process level improvement activities-Conducting, Monitoring and Ensuring Adherence
•    Conducting Refresher Training for On-Floor, Training, OJT- On Job Training, PIP-Performance Improvement Plan and Low BQ- Bottom Quartile
•    Responsible for monitoring and achieving Training KPI- Key Performance Index
•    Ensure all data relating to training are populated in Training event management Tool.
•    Adherence of Certification process, Training throughput, FPA- First Pass Attempt
•    Participate in Calibration and briefing sessions, conduct Dip check on updates and Training deliverables
• Publishing reports in timelines without errors
• Timely sharing of Training related observations with detailed analysis and maintaining and publishing of reports
• Preparing Dashboards, ensuring data accuracy
