Roles & Responosibilty
1. Conduct onboarding, refresher, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs for associates
2. Deliver training on GIS concepts, mapping operations, and geospatial processes
3. Develop and maintain training content, SOPs, job aids, and assessments
4. Conduct training needs analysis and design learning interventions
5. Deliver classroom, virtual, and nesting support sessions
6. Monitor and track trainee performance and accreditation status
7. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
8. Conduct refresher trainings based on quality findings and process updates
9. Support Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities
10. Govern training trackers, certification records, and training dashboards
11. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and SMEs to close skill gaps
12. Ensure learner readiness before production deployment
13. Maintain knowledge repositories and process documentation
14. Provide floor support, mentoring, and guidance to trainees and associates
15. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and operational performance.
Must Have
1. Strong experience in GSIS/GIS Mapping Operations and OpenStreetMap (OSM)
2. Experience in classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training delivery
3. Strong content development and instructional design skills
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
5. Experience in accreditation and certification management
6. Knowledge of Knowledge Management practices and documentation
7. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
8. Ability to analyze performance gaps and recommend training interventions
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
10. Experience in training analytics and reporting
11. Strong organizational and planning skills
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
13. Strong ownership and accountability mindset
14. Understanding of quality, productivity, and SLA requirements
15. Problem-solving and analytical skills
