Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale leader a livello globale.Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Deals Tax nella sede di Milano, PwC Tax & Legal è alla ricerca di studenti laureandi/neolaureati in discipline economiche interessati ad intraprendere e/o continuare il percorso di pratica professionale in ambito Tax Valuation.
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
- Valutazioni ai fini fiscali e legali (es. rami d’azienda, asset intangibili, perizie per conferimento, ecc.);
- Assistenza nella redazione di business plan;
- Analisi economiche di strumenti finanziari in ottica transfer pricing;
- Valutazioni fiscali di piani di incentivazione manageriale (MIP);
- Analisi quantitativa e attività di due diligence a supporto ai team M&A;
Completano il profilo i seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea Magistrale in Economia, preferibilmente con specializzazione in Corporate Finance, Accounting Finance and Control o Legislazione d’Impresa.
- Motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Buona conoscenza di Excel.
- Ottima capacità di adattamento e propensione al team working.
- Iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato.
