Role within the organisation:
The Trainee will play a key role in the Marketing and client servicing department for tech related projects. He/she will be involved in developing strategies & suggesting innovative marketing techniques for Amura's clients on digital platforms and ensuring high client satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring appropriate information/brief - Objective/Purpose of the brief/activity, plans of the clients, and Budget from the client - in face-to-face meetings or Mail or Call.
- Conduct thorough & detailed secondary research to understand client competition from all possible parameters essential to developing a communication & media plan.
- Prepare MOM for every client meeting/call.
- Timeline Management - Ensure client work - website related projects, plans/campaigns/reports are shared with the client on time in the format the client expects or the agency followed format.
- Ensure there is 100% error-free execution
- Once campaigns are live, review and optimize projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential.
- Reach out to the audience on a regular basis on different platforms like Emails, LinkedIn
- Extract the database from different sources for the core marketing activities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Eligibility:
- Freshers or recent graduates from computer engineering background.
- Candidates with excellent communication and internship exposure in marketing, client servicing, or digital marketing will have an added advantage.
