Trainee

As a Trainee in our IT infrastructure department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop support services. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective resolutions to end-user issues, maintaining accurate IT asset inventories, and assisting with IT audits and new system installations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Resolve end-user issues and provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Assist with IT audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Support the installation and configuration of new IT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document and update knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with end-users.
• Assist with user training and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance your skills.
