About the role 

As an Experienced Procurement professional. Executes processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and/or program execution. Authorizes purchase orders, approve payments, and responds to client issues to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.

Job Description

  • Be part of the Team Operational Procurement of Traded Goods

  • Take over Material Purchasing responsibility of one or several categories - System Components, Solar, OEM HVAC, Accessories

  • Ensure availability of materials for customers

  • Support Category Management / Strategic Procurement

  • Executes processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and / or program execution.

  • Approves and qualifies vendors to fulfill account needs.

  • Responds to client issues or problems.

  • Authorizes purchase orders and approves payments to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.

  • Analyzes and reviews price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.

  • Prepares and reviews request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.

  • Analyzes and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience

  • Experience in ERP Systems like SAP

  • English communication level as a team language


Vergütungsspanne

Die jährliche Vergütung für diese Position liegt zwischen €59,000.00-€117,646.00 Faktoren wie Fähigkeiten, Ausbildung, Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen können die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Spanne beeinflussen. Faktoren, die die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Gehaltsspanne beeinflussen können, sind unter anderem Qualifikationen, Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung, die Anwendbarkeit eines Tarifvertrags (CLA), die marktübliche Vergütung für die Position sowie weitere besondere Qualifikationen der erfolgreichen Kandidatin bzw. des erfolgreichen Kandidaten.

Diese Position kann Anspruch auf kurzfristige Bonuszahlungen haben.
