As part of the On Premise Marketing team, the On Premise Trade Marketing Manager will develop and execute trade marketing strategies across key Catering and QSR channels. The role is focused on driving new business opportunities, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, delivering impactful marketing programs, and ensuring best-in-class POS execution across new and existing accounts.

Additionally, the role will lead marketing initiatives for key account partners through the Red Bull Growth Framework, creating innovative concepts that support partner acquisition and growth. Success in this role means building long-term partnerships, growing demand, and leveraging the Red Bull brand to attract new consumers and drive sales.

Job Description

  • Champion and embody the Red Bull On Premise culture, fostering team engagement and contributing to the continued growth and success of the On Premise Marketing function.

  • Act as a passionate ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product, both internally and across the On Premise network.

  • Uphold Red Bull's premium brand standards by monitoring execution quality, providing feedback, and coaching the wider team on best-in-class execution.

DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES AND TOOLS

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and activation plans across the Catering and QSR segments, leveraging consumer, customer, and channel insights to drive relevance, distribution, and sales growth.

  • Lead the planning, forecasting, ordering, and tracking of POS materials, ensuring strong visibility, effective resource management, and best-in-class execution across all priority accounts.

  • Develop activation plans and toolkits for key customers that drive distribution, volume, and brand presence, helping Red Bull look like #1, win key consumption moments, and outperform competitors.

  • Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the On Premise landscape, translating insights into innovative marketing programs and segment-specific solutions.

  • Train, support, and equip the National Key Account and Field teams with the tools, insights, and tactics needed to deliver best-in-class execution across the QSR and Catering segments.

UPHOLD BRAND STANDARDS ACROSS ALL ACTIVATIONS

  • Partner with Field teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver impactful in-outlet activations that drive engagement and execution excellence.

  • Collaborate with internal Marketing teams to develop customer messaging and activation strategies aligned with national brand priorities and campaigns.

  • Safeguard Red Bull's premium brand equity across all activations, ensuring execution aligns with the Red Bull Leveraging Assets Framework while delivering customer value and supporting National Key Account objectives.

REPRESENT RED BULL MARKETING IN CUSTOMER MEETINGS & PLANNING SESSIONS

  • Be the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities and projects for customer partners in your priority segments.
  • Understand customer needs and align marketing initiatives with Red Bull's brand and On Premise strategic priorities.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams, including Sports, Gaming, Culture and Brand, to develop compelling customer marketing plans and unlock new business opportunities.

DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION

  • Roll out and embed Red Bull's On Premise marketing strategy and initiatives across the National Key Account and Field teams, ensuring strong understanding and adoption.

  • Partner closely with key On Premise stakeholders to develop action plans and adapt tools that unlock local opportunities and drive executional excellence.

  • Support the acquisition and growth of new customers while strengthening existing partnerships through impactful Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that increase distribution and volume.

  • Lead consumer activation and in-market execution, championing customer impact and delivering best-in-class brand experiences.

  • Train, coach, and develop sales teams on optimal execution standards, providing regular field support and feedback to continuously elevate team capability and performance.

     

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role

  • Strong understanding of the On Premise industry and trade environment

  • Experience working with Key Accounts and Field Sales teams, with strong influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organised with excellent planning, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.
