Key Responsibilities
Advanced LAN Support • Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents. • Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks. • Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments. • Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues. LAN Technologies • Cisco Catalyst 9K • Cisco Nexus • Aruba CX • HPE Comware • SDA (Software Defined Access) Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) • Device onboarding and provisioning • Assurance Management • Software Image Management (SWIM) • Template deployment • Compliance management • SDA operational support Problem Management • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Identify recurring infrastructure issues. • Implement permanent corrective actions. • Maintain technical knowledge articles.
