Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or similar customer-facing technical role

  • Working knowledge of ERP and/or PLM systems and their data models (BOMs, part masters, work orders, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping/transformation concepts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-complexity technical projects with competing priorities and deadlines, with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both engineers and executive-level business stakeholders
  • Experience writing or reviewing technical specifications, integration documentation, or runbooks
  • Comfortable working directly with customer IT/engineering teams and internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success)
  • Experience driving work through an issue tracker with disciplined scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent written communication, with a bias toward concise, data-backed updates
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, compliance-sensitive environment with shifting priorities
