About the role: JumpCloud’s Total Rewards team is looking for a detail-oriented team player to help support the day-to-day administration, analysis, and compliance of our global compensation and benefits programs, focusing on benefits administration across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas and foundational compensation analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys digging into data, and wants to build a career in Total Rewards.You'll partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors while supporting our global benefits programs, compensation cycles, audits, and reporting.
