Deine Aufgaben:
- Vorbereitung und Bereitstellen von Werkzeugen gemäss den Anweisungen des Tool Maintenance Coordinator und gemäss System (BDE)
- Inspektion und Zustandsbewertung der Werkzeuge
- Wartungsarbeiten gemäss Anleitungen
- Fachgerechtes Konservieren der Werkzeuge vor deren Einlagerung
- Kleine Reparaturen, Austausch von Verschleiss- und Ersatzteilen
- Aufschweissen und Nachbearbeiten von defekten Stellen
- Unterstützung des Tool Maintenance Specialist
- Mechanische Bearbeitung (Fräsen, Drehen…) bei Bedarf
Dein Profil:
- Technische Grundausbildung (Werkzeugmacher, Polymechaniker, o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Unterhalt von Spritzgiesswerkzeugen
- Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Unternehmerisches und prozessübergreifendes Denken und Handeln, hohes
- Technisches Verständnis, umsetzungsstark und lösungsorientiert
