Title Landman – Bakersfield, CA (Field-Based)

We are seeking a Title Landman to join our growing team and work directly with project management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys independent research, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers accurate results on schedule. As a member of our team, you will conduct title and mineral ownership research, analyze public records, and prepare reports that help our clients make informed decisions regarding drilling operations, lease acquisitions, and related activities. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
