About this role
Como Técnico de Pruebas, tendrás un papel clave en asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y confiabilidad de nuestros equipos y sistemas de prueba, participando activamente en diagnóstico de fallas, mejora continua y soporte a nuevos productos.
- Diagnosticar, reparar y mantener fixturas y equipos de prueba, realizando reemplazo de componentes, construcción o reparación de cables y arneses, cambios de cableado y revisiones de continuidad.
- Analizar y solucionar fallas en dispositivos electrónicos, identificando causas raíz y oportunidades de mejora.
- Realizar calibraciones de equipos de prueba, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y el cumplimiento de los registros y controles establecidos.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de equipos de prueba, contribuyendo a incrementar su confiabilidad, desempeño y eficiencia.
- Dar seguimiento al FPY de las fixturas de prueba, detectando tendencias y oportunidades para mejorar los resultados del proceso.
- Brindar soporte técnico a sistemas y equipos de prueba, colaborando en la solución de problemáticas locales y globales.
- Participar en la introducción de pruebas para nuevos productos, apoyando su implementación y asegurando que los equipos estén preparados para los nuevos requerimientos.
- Configurar, revisar y mantener actualizados archivos de programación, parámetros de prueba y documentación de mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos.
- Verificar los parámetros eléctricos y de seguridad de las pruebas, incluyendo voltaje de prueba HiPot.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de pruebas de fuga, presión, voltaje y amperaje, garantizando resultados confiables.
Apoyar en la solución de problemas técnicos de producto y proceso, identificando oportunidades de mejora en las líneas de ensamble.
