As a Test Manager, we expect you to possess a high level of knowledge and exposure across various software development lifecycle models and have the ability to accelerate quality with the application of appropriate tools and approaches. 

This is a Wellington based role and Wellington market experience preferred. 

Key responsibilities

• Experience in testing AI solutions, develop AI Testing framework and guidelines
• Develop Test Strategies/ Test plans / test exit reports
• Hands-on testing, Writing Test cases, Execute testing
• Support and guide the UAT testers, business users
• Develop regression suite for specific work items
• Investigate automated testing when requested for specific work items
• Supporting project artefacts when requested for specific work items e.g. Business requirements
• Experience managing multiple projects and programmes
• Enjoy change and new challenges. This is a Consulting role 
• Be passionate about quality practices within IT delivery 

Nice to have

• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Jira, ADO)
• Motivated to explore and maximise use of AI in testing
• Local experience and wide variety of domain knowledge preferred
