Test Manager

Role Description: The Test Manager is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end testing strategy for the Cash Management Platform, ensuring all modules (payments, collections, liquidity, channels, and integrations) meet functional, technical, regulatory, and performance expectations prior to production release. Core Responsibilities: Define overall test strategy, scope, approach, and entry/exit criteria Prepare Test Plan, Test Strategy, and Test Schedule Establish test governance model, reporting cadence, and KPIs Align testing phases with project milestones (SIT, UAT, NFT, Regression, Migration testing) Oversee & Validate Test Design and Execution Establish defect lifecycle management process, Defect tracking & reporting, Coordinate resolution with vendors, IT, and business teams Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Act as single point of accountability for testing Drive adoption of test automation frameworks where feasible (Regression & API Level) Mandatory Skills & Expertise: Domain Expertise in Cash Management System (Online & Mobile): Account Services Payments: WithinBank, WithinUAE (FTS, NPSS, IPP), OutsideUAE (Swift/Remittance), Payroll, Card Payment, Utility Payments Host to Host Collection & Receivables - Direct Debit, Remote Cheque Scanning, PDC Management Remote Cheque Printing Virtual Account Management Liquidity Management Understanding of message formats SWIFT, ISO / XML, Middleware & API architecture, File based integration Strong Knowledge of Test management & Test Automation tools Ability to Manage large, multi-stream testing programs
