Project Manager Finacle and LMS
Finacle + LMS strong understanding + Automation (How to execute & how to create test data)
• 12 + years of testing experience, including 5+ years in test lead / functional test manager role.
• Strong experience in banking domain, preferably Retail Loans, Finacle Loans, LOS/LMS, or core banking applications.
• Hands-on understanding of functional manual testing practices, regression execution, defect lifecycle, and test management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, estimation, governance, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile / Waterfall delivery models and release-based testing governance.
Additional Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Finacle 11 functional manual testing for Retail Loans modules across conventional and Islamic banking products.
• Good understanding of Islamic finance concepts and product flows such as Murabaha, Ijarah, Istisna, Musharakah, profit calculation, settlement, and rescheduling.
