Test Manager

Job Description: Test Manager – CDCP (Credit Decisioning Corporate Lending Platform) Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Experience Required: 12+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head of Quality Engineering / Program Director – CDCP Required Skills & Experience Core QA & Test Management • 12+ years of overall QA/Testing experience, with at least 4–5 years in a Test Manager / QA Lead capacity managing large, complex programs. • Proven experience managing testing for Pega-based applications (Pega BPM/CLM/CDH or custom Pega-built platforms), including case management, decisioning rules, and workflow testing. • Strong understanding of Pega application architecture, case types, stages/flows, decision rules (DRE, DSS), and integrations (REST/SOAP, connectors). • Experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Security, and Production Verification testing cycles. • Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA/Zephyr, ALM, qTest) and defect management processes. Test Automation • Hands-on/managerial experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation — including Test Case Design, Modules, TestSheets/Templates, TDS (Tosca Data Space), and Requirements/Risk-based testing. • Experience integrating Tosca automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar). • Ability to define automation frameworks, coverage strategy, and reusable component libraries for scriptless automation. • Working knowledge of API/web-service testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) as a complement to Tosca. Domain Knowledge (Mandatory) • Strong understanding of corporate/commercial banking lending products, including working capital finance, term loans, trade finance, and syndicated/structured facilities for large corporate clients. • Working knowledge of Islamic banking (Shariah-compliant) financing products and structures relevant to corporate lending (e.g., Murabaha, Tawarruq, Ijarah, Musharaka, Mudarabah, Istisna'a) and how these are configured/decisione
