About this role

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and improve testing strategies, covering both manual and automated testing, with increasing adoption of AI-assisted testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts across different environments
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution
  • Leverage tools such as Postman and Chrome DevTools for debugging, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to test automation efforts, including script development and framework enhancement
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and coverage to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with hands-on experience in web and/or mobile application testing
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, Chrome DevTools, Selenium or similar
  • Experience in test automation, with the ability to write or maintain scripts
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as:
    • Python
    • Java
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management processes
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., using AI for generating test cases, test data, or automation scripts)
