Summary:
As a Veeva CRM Test Lead, a typical day involves leading day-to-day testing for implementations, integrations, and releases in a regulated life sciences environment. The role owns test preparation, execution, defect management, validation evidence, reporting, and tester coordination. This position focuses on ensuring quality, compliance, traceability, and release readiness across Veeva CRM programs while coordinating testing activities, mentoring team members, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes and automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare test plans, estimates, schedules, scenarios, cases, data, and requirements traceability.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, mobile, data migration, and UAT execution.
- Validate Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, integrations, and offline scenarios.
- Assign work, review coverage and evidence, monitor progress, mentor testers, and ensure daily delivery.
- Lead defect triage, retesting, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and closure with delivery teams.
- Maintain GxP, CSV, data integrity, privacy, security, and audit-ready test evidence.
- Coordinate environments, test data, deployment validation, production verification, and hypercare.
- Report execution metrics, risks, blockers, and test outcomes escalate issues promptly.
- Contribute to automation, regression optimization, reusable assets, and process improvement.
- Own test execution, delivery, quality outcomes, and risk management activities.
- Coordinate with business, development, validation, and stakeholder teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive problem-solving, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure on-time completion of test deliverables, assigned quality gates, timely defect resolution, and clear reporting of risks and blockers.
- Deliver strong coverage, traceability, audit-ready evidence, improved tester productivity, regression efficiency, and release quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Hands-on Veeva CRM testing experience in a life sciences environment.
- Secondary skills include Veeva CRM, Salesforce, ISTQB, Agile, or test-management certification.
- Good knowledge of Veeva CRM commercial processes, Salesforce configurations, integrations, mobile/offline testing, and release validation.
- Experience in test analysis, design, execution, defect management, traceability, UAT support, and regulated documentation.
- Ability to write clear test cases, query data, validate interfaces, analyze defects, and provide audit-ready evidence.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, Zephyr, or equivalent tools.
- Exposure to Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca, or similar automation tools.
- Understanding of Agile delivery, GxP, CSV, ALCOA+, data integrity, and validation controls.
- Strong analytical, team coordination, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud, CLM, Approved Email, Align, or iOS offline testing is preferred.
- Exposure to API, database, performance, accessibility, and security testing is preferred.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 5–8 years of software testing or quality engineering experience, including at least 1–2 years leading a small test team.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- This is based at our Accenture Office.
