POSITION OVERVIEW: The Tenant Billing Analyst ensures accurate billing and compliance with lease provisions related to Common Area Maintenance (CAM), property taxes, and percentage rent. The role also involves collaborating with property management to resolve tenant inquiries and supporting special projects as needed.
