Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiting)

The Opportunity

RS&H is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Information Technology recruiting efforts. This position may work remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid environment. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent for a variety of IT-related positions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, provide market insights, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while helping meet immediate business staffing needs.  In this role you will:• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology-related positions.• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications and alignment with position requirements.• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology professionals through networking, sourcing, and relationship management.• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, providing guidance to hiring teams throughout the selection process.• Lead candidate communications and offer negotiations.• Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress, market trends, and candidate availability.• Support improvements to recruiting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system.• Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment regulations and company policies.  To be successful in this role you will have:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing experience.• Experience recruiting for IT, technology, or related technical positions.• Proven ability to source, qualify, and engage candidates in a competitive talent market.• Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing recruiting consultation throughout the hiring process.• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting best practices, including OFCCP requirements.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and take initiative.  Preferred qualifications and experience:• Human Resources certification.• Experience recruiting within technology-focused organizations or technical environments.  Why Join UsAt RS&H, you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
