Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Teller/Front Desk/Executive Assistant Officer to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient coordination of executive activities while also supporting teller operations and serving as the Front Desk Officer. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the organization in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The suitable candidate should have graphic design experience and will also be responsible for front desk and customer-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teller & Payment Operations

• Receive customer deposits and process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, transfers, and payment collections in line with company policies.
• Issue receipts and transaction confirmations.
• Balance daily cash transactions and prepare end-of-day reconciliation reports.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.
• Support customer onboarding and account-related enquiries.

2. Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Draft professional letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.

3. Strategic & Business Support

• Assist the Managing Director in tracking business initiatives, projects, and deadlines.
• Support the preparation of board papers, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
• Follow up with internal teams on key deliverables and projects.

4. Stakeholder & Office Coordination

• Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications with partners, regulators, consultants, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of executive meetings and events.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Professionally attend to visitors, clients, and incoming calls as the Front Desk Officer.

5. Graphic Design & Presentation Support

• Create professional graphics, presentations, reports, and other visual materials as required.
• Support the Managing Director and other teams with presentation design and visual communication materials.
• Ensure all designs and presentations are professional, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.

6. Confidentiality & Governance

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation in line with organizational requirements.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Front Desk Officer, Teller, Administrative Officer, or in a similar role.
• Graphic design experience is required.
• Experience in banking, fintech, digital payments, financial services, or technology sectors is an advantage.
