The Role 

We’re looking for a Telco Sales Consultant to join our Closing Team, converting qualified inbound leads from business owners who are actively looking to switch their telecommunications contracts. 

As a Telco Sales Agent in our closing team, you’ll work with real-time, pre-qualified leads passed over by our web sales agents. These are small business owners who’ve already shown interest, so your focus will be guiding them through their options, building trust, and closing the deal. 

• Receive and close warm, qualified leads from our web sales team in real time. 

• Understand customer needs and match them with tailored telecommunications solutions. 

• Search, present, and recommend the most suitable energy contracts available. 

• Build strong customer relationships, acting as their trusted energy advisor. 

• Follow up at agreed times to maintain engagement and move deals forward. 

• Meet and exceed sales targets – daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. 

• Cross-sell into additional services such as broadband, water, and insurance. 

• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture on our award-winning sales floor. 

About You 

• You’re a natural closer with a passion for helping customers and a hunger for success.  

• You know how to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and turn interest into action. 

• 2+ years of connectivity experience. 

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to beat goals. 

• A consultative, value-first approach to selling – not pushy, but persuasive. 

• Skilled in negotiation, pitching, and overcoming objections. 

• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening. 

• Able to build rapport with people from all backgrounds and industries. 

• Resilient, confident, and able to perform under pressure. 

• Reliable, punctual, and fully engaged. 

• A team player who thrives in a lively, energetic environment. 

• Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing personal development.
