Procuramos um(a) Técnico(a) de Análise Sensorial para integrar a equipa, assegurando o suporte técnico e operacional às atividades de análise sensorial e laboratoriais.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Rececionar, preparar, armazenar e gerir amostras para ensaio.
- Executar ensaios sensoriais e atividades laboratoriais de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos.
- Apoiar a organização e realização de sessões de prova, incluindo preparação de produtos, documentação e acompanhamento de provadores.
- Participar na recolha e aquisição de produtos para análises sensoriais, convocar provadores, preparar a documentação necessária, preparar e servir os produtos de acordo com as especificações definidas e assegurar o apoio operacional às sessões de prova.
- Assegurar o correto registo e controlo da documentação associada às atividades.
- Identificar e comunicar desvios, anomalias e não conformidades.
- Apoiar a monitorização, verificação e manutenção de equipamentos e condições ambientais.
- Colaborar na melhoria contínua dos processos e no cumprimento dos requisitos de qualidade, segurança e ambiente.
- Participar na integração e formação de novos colaboradores e provadores.
- Contribuir para a organização, limpeza e bom funcionamento das áreas de trabalho.
