Why this role matters?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support ERM's global delivery by attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across both Technology and Non-Technology functions for the Global Delivery Center (GDC). You will work within the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver critical hiring outcomes and build sustainable talent pipelines. This role is critical to ensuring ERM has access to the right talent at the right time, enabling business growth, operational excellence, and workforce scalability.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment for both technology and non-technology positions within agreed hiring timelines.

  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business functions.

  • Improve offer acceptance and joining ratios through proactive candidate engagement and effective stakeholder partnership.

  • Provide market intelligence, talent mapping insights, and compensation benchmarking to support hiring decisions.

  • Enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through a consultative and responsive recruitment approach.

  • Ensure recruitment process compliance, ATS accuracy, and reporting transparency across all hiring activities.

What will you bring?

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT hiring environments.

  • Proven experience hiring for technology roles such as Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and related skill sets.

  • Experience recruiting for non-technical functions including Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Operations, Procurement, and Shared Services roles.

  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, talent mapping, and direct sourcing techniques.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions using data-driven insights.

  • Excellent candidate management, negotiation, and offer closure capabilities.

  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday or similar recruitment systems.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and conversion ratios.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, skills & competencies

  • Experience working within consulting, professional services, RPO, GCC, shared services, or technology organizations.

  • Exposure to global recruitment and multi-region hiring environments.

  • Strong understanding of technology hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarking.

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools.

  • Relevant certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or HR analytics.

  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations and large-scale hiring projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussions through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and provide market insights for both IT and non-IT positions.

  • Source, assess, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct market mapping.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technology skills and critical business functions.

  • Conduct candidate screening and competency-based evaluations to assess technical, functional, and behavioral fit.

  • Manage offer negotiations, counteroffer situations, and candidate engagement activities to maximize offer-to-join conversion.

  • Track recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer conversion, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within Workday and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies.

  • Provide regular hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment insights to hiring managers and business stakeholders.

  • Support employer branding, talent attraction initiatives, and continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition function.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and leverage automation or AI-enabled recruitment tools.

  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives to support future business growth and capability requirements.
