About the Client

A premier global provider of cloud-based investment management software. The organization delivers a flagship platform that automates front- and middle-office operations, including portfolio management, compliance, and order execution. Today, the system supports thousands of investment professionals globally, streamlining workflows and managing massive asset portfolios across institutional, wealth, and insurance sectors. 

What You’ll Do

• Develop, configure, and support technical solutions for Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) upgrade and implementation projects.
• Design and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, ETL tools, messaging platforms, and database technologies.
• Support batch processing, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management across enterprise environments.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues spanning applications, integrations, databases, and data transformation processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to deliver successful end-to-end implementations.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Experience implementing or supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or other Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Strong programming experience with Java or C#.
• Experience working with XML, XSLT, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, ETL tools (Kettle/Talend), and messaging platforms such as MQ or Kafka.
• Experience supporting batch processing, scheduling tools (such as Tidal), and enterprise job monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across applications, integrations, and data layers.
• Experience supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) implementations or upgrade programs.
• Understanding of investment management operations and trading workflows.
• Experience working within Financial Services or Capital Markets environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise application integrations and data migration best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery environments.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Charles River SaaS upgrade programs.
• Exposure to enterprise messaging platforms and distributed integration architectures.
• Experience supporting global delivery teams across multiple regions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
