Vous interviendrez sur un secteur à fort potentiel, où vous serez l’ambassadeur(drice) de nos solutions auprès de nos clients.

Vos missions

Développement commercial

  • Cultiver des relations solides et durables avec nos clients pour garantir leur fidélité

  • Être un partenaire de confiance pour les distributeurs, installateurs et exploitants

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités grâce à une prospection proactive et ciblée

  • Anticiper les appels d’offres en maintenant une forte proximité terrain avec les acteurs clés

  • Assurer une veille marché constante

  • Suivre et partager vos actions via un reporting rigoureux

  • Représenter Xylem lors d’événements professionnels (salons, journées techniques…)

Vente & négociation

  • Analyser les besoins clients et proposer des solutions techniques sur mesure

  • Piloter les négociations commerciales jusqu’à la signature

  • Assurer un rôle de prescription auprès des décideurs et bureaux d’études

易 Votre profil

  • Expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum dans la vente de solutions techniques B2B (idéalement eau/pompage)

  • Autonomie, sens du résultat et excellent relationnel

  • Capacité à convaincre grâce à votre expertise technique et votre écoute

  • Bonne connaissance des circuits de distribution et des acteurs du secteur

  • Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral) apprécié
