About this role
Donzé-Baume develops and produces watch exterior components (boxes, bracelets and clasps) as well as jewellery components. Donzé-Baume’s task is to secure know-how in the watch exterior and jewellery business by providing a flexible, high-performance service to the Group’s Maisons.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES DE LA FONCTION
Être responsable de la bonne application et l’amélioration des critères qualité de la production. Suivre les indicateurs liés à la qualité. Solutionner les problématiques qualité. Participer aux projets transversaux, liés à des besoins spécifiques de la qualité.
DÉFINITION DES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Mettre en place les critères qualité en collaboration avec le responsable qualité
- Suivre la bonne application des critères qualité dans les lignes de production
- Calibrage des visiteuses / spécialistes métier
- Support au quotidien pour valider les critères qualité
- Suivre les indicateurs qualité
- Indicateurs Rebut / Rhabillage / Retours Client
- Indicateurs type problèmes/produits : analyse récurrence et chantier d’amélioration à ouvrir
- Lead des séances mensuelles qualité prod
- Conduire les résolutions de problèmes internes et externes (NCI / NCE) avec les départements Production en appliquant les outils d’analyse adaptés (8D, QRQC,…) :
- Garant de la méthode de résolution de problème
- Participe à la résolution de problèmes de son espace
- Pilote les actions liées au dpt qualité : Tech Q, MQ, AQF
- Présente les résultats au RAQ et autre(s) TQP
- Auditer régulièrement son espace
- Suivre la qualité de la sous-traitance :
- Indicateurs
- Soutien technique / Résolution de problème
- Audit
