Rattaché au pole réglementaire, votre rôle sera de veiller à l’application des normes françaises et européennes en coordination avec l’équipe maintenance. Vous devez définir et prendre en charge les tâches nécessaires au bon déroulement des opérations afin d’atteindre les objectifs : sécurité, qualité, coûts et productivité.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Gestion réglementaire :

  • Maintenir à jour les registres réglementaires.
  • Veiller à l’application des normes européennes, américaines et françaises.
  • Assurer le respect des échéances réglementaires, en réalisant la gestion et le suivi des équipements réglementés : cuves, soupapes, tuyauteries, etc.
  • Mettre à jour les plans d'actions de mise en conformité.
  • Participer à la gestion et au suivi des recommandations : législatives, DREAL, environnementales, assurances, Corporate, etc.

Réalisation des inspections :

  • Créer et gérer des plannings d’interventions.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les organismes de contrôle.
  • Réaliser des audits : sécurité, qualité, etc.
  • Planifier et suivre les travaux lors des arrêts de l’usine.
  • Réaliser ou coordonner les analyses de risques.
  • Contribuer à la maîtrise des changements (Management of Change).

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+2/3 en HSE, génie industriel, chimie industrielle ou maîtrise des risques industriels, vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative dans la maintenance réglementaire des équipements.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques standards ; la connaissance de SAP Maximo serait un plus.
  • Des habilitations spécifiques pourront être requises selon le profil, notamment CACES chariot élévateur, habilitation électrique, échafaudage ou ARI.
  • Vous adoptez un comportement sécurité exemplaire et faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation, ainsi que d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse. Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet d’interagir efficacement avec les autorités et les équipes de terrain. Autonome, vous savez également être force de proposition.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais technique est requise pour ce poste.
