About this role

Gestion du support utilisateur :

  • Analyse et résolution des incidents de niveau 1 et 2 et escalade des demandes de niveau 3
  • Reporting des interventions et des demandes de support
  • Contrôle de la bonne mise en œuvre et du respect des consignes de sécurité de la DSI
  • Rédaction des documentations à destination des utilisateurs
  • Sensibilisation des utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques (de sécurité notamment)
  • Gestion des entrées et sorties des collaborateurs (Création de comptes, mise à disposition du matériel, formations, suivis, etc…)


Gestion des outils système et réseau :

  • Installation et déploiement des postes utilisateurs et serveurs
  • Gestion de l’outil de parc, des annuaires informatique (droits d’accès, GPO, etc.), de la messagerie électronique et de la solution de téléphonie fixe.
  • Proposer, rédiger et tenir à jour des documents d’exploitation et d’administration

Participation aux projets d’évolution du SI dans leurs dimensions techniques.
