Where is the work:

Position: based in Hanoi service office to support technical matters, lead the fulfillment team to execute the service works (the maintenance, commission, troubleshooting, repairing, warranty and support) complete timely, productivity control, handle customer satisfaction and KPI control within assigned targets

Duties:

• Be responsible timely for Causes and Solutions report as customer’s requirement. Maintain and develop good relationships between company and customers. Recommending preventive maintenance and given out final solution in accuracy.
• Provide technical training and manage Service technician to execute the service agreement properly including best advisors and consult the service recommendation to customers after done to generate more service demand and service options which will support and grow service business adapting to KPI setting for order and revenue target
• Ensure full integrity and compliance, Ensure and increase the safety awareness of service technicians and get them to fulfill all safety requirements
• Report and response to all required matters to internal and external customers timely as response process when required
• Commit and fully align to new target setting and works requested based on business direction and   Direct Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have HVAC/Thermal & Refrigeration background
• From 3 to 5 years’ experience
• University/College degree is required.
• Good at English in all skills
• Solving problem good communication skills are required
• Safety knowledge
• Working overtime and travelling are required.
• Proficient Microsoft office skills
• Good customer service attitude
