We're hiring a Technical Support Specialist in Buenos Aires to support a wide range of customers. From independent site owners to large enterprises as they get the most out of our product. We need a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to become a key player in our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide B2B support to a diverse range of customers, from independent blog owners to large enterprises. What You Will Do

  • Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and guide them to a resolution.
  • Manage support tickets end-to-end: qualify the issue, investigate, and provide a clear solution.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues of varying complexity.
  • Partner with colleagues on trickier problems, sharing knowledge in both directions.
  • Write clear, easy-to-follow guides that help customers (and teammates) solve issues independently.
  • Share what you learn from customers with Product Management to help shape the roadmap.
  • Suggest improvements to our tools, processes, and approach, your feedback is genuinely used.

What You Bring:


Must-Haves

  • Experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and comfort debugging with Chrome DevTools. We're not looking for a developer!
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time in a hybrid setup.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness, comfortable finding answers independently when you hit something new.
  • Fluency both written and spoken communication in English, with the ability to explain technical topics simply.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe, or Matomo.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms like Duda, Shopify, WordPress, or Magento.
