Technical Supervisor Guatemala

Funciones Principales:

Dirigir y controlar los procesos establecidos para la ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento de la red HFC / WTTX / DTH y operación domiciliar, asegurando el uso correcto de las herramientas de trabajo, utilización del EPP, reportería, análisis KPI´s de red y manejo de flotilla.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante de Telecomunicaciones, Administración o carrera afín.
  • Un año de experiencia en puesto similar.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en operaciones HFC / WTTX / DTH y FO.
  • Persona con habilidades de comunicación, de resolución de problemas, de negociación y orientado a resultados.
  • Manejo de paquetes Microsoft Office.
  • Tener más de un año de ocupar la posición actual.
  • Residir en Ciudad Capital (está posición se moviliza a todos los municipios de la Ciudad Capital).

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Conocimiento en mantenimiento de redes HFC / WTTX / DTH y FO.
  • Manejo de Excel Intermedio Manejo de herramientas y EPP.

  • Comunicación con equipos de trabajo.
  • Planeación y organización.
  • Enfoque en resultados Liderazgo.
