Job Summary

To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology

JD for SAP FICO and FSCM

• 8+ years’ experience in SAP FI and CO Support/Implementations across various SAP ECC, S4 HANA with CFIN expertise.
• Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing and COPA
• Proficient in working various scenarios in FSCM (Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections management etc) in S/4 HANA
• Worked on CFIN replication process and resolved issues related to that.
• Experience in understanding FICO integration with SAP modules MM and SD and proficient in working in issues related to that.
• Understanding SAP Best Practices, NOTES and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technologies
• Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight
• Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Support for Incidents and requests Problem Management Tasks Master Data Changes Incident Management, ticket-based dealing with operational problems Process monitoring, management of job monitoring Performs Service level management by managing timely resolution of issues, incidents and Changes
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally Experience working with On-site & Off-shore teams.

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
