About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cost and traffic management, invoice validation, and process automation within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Country Analyst Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring accurate invoice validation by comparing invoices against pricelists and operational tools.
• Extract and ingest rate data from invoices and pricelists into internal systems.
• Maintain data accuracy within operational tools and support finance teams in GL  reconciliation.
• Analyze traffic, cost, and rate trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on activities such as customer pricing setup, renegotiations, and migration preparations.
• Support business owners with key activities, including budgeting and business review preparations.
• Handle various ad hoc requests to support operational excellence.

 

IT & Automation Responsibilities

• Drive automation of analytics processes based on insights gathered as a Country Analyst.   
• Collaborate with developers to automate validation and data ingestion workflows.
• Build and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards using tools like Qlik and Power BI.
• Support ongoing automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About you

As a key member of our Business & Analytics team, you will provide valuable insights into the voice business and contribute to optimizing our analytics processes. 

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Excel; experience with BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI is a strong plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent reporting and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
• Demonstrated team spirit, positive attitude, and ability to collaborate across diverse, international teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
