Technical Service Engineer现场服务工程师

The Role

结合公司的战略政策，为客户提供有效的售后服务和售前支持来满足客户的技术需求，保证设备稳定运行和客户满意度。积极推动区域内售后服务收入如消耗品、服务及备品备件等的可持续增长。

What you will do:

• 在特定领域内执行下列职责，
  • 现场售前支持
  • 在现场设备的安装以及最终用户培训
  • 定期上门预防性维护保养
  • 现场故障排除和维修设备以及软硬件的升级
  • 全面负责区域内耗材服务的收入，包括消耗品、备件和服务赢回
  • 负责区域内服务合同的新签和续签

• 促进和教育顾客对马肯依玛士产品的规范操作，包括安全环保和质量. 保持良好的客户关系以达到最大客户满意度。
• 根据客户类别和客户需求的紧急程度做好计划安排，并确保服务前的准备工作。
• 正确完整地填写服务报表以及与服务活动相关的报告，并向直接上级或有关内外部客户及时提交。
• 积极跟进应收账款，与直接主管沟通; 并与客户进行谈判，直到AR解决。
• 妥善跟踪处理客户询价、报价事宜。
• 确保公司提供的设备如工具、手机、电脑、车辆、技术文档等要完整，并保持良好的运作状态。
• 积极参与"持续改进计划"，确保及时的将产品质量、缺陷等向公司反馈。
• 遵守公司的政策，即信息通信技术政策（ICT），员工手册，安全和车间5S；在客户工厂内遵守客户的政策和法规。
• 执行其他有关职责的直接上级或管理部的分配工作。

What you need to have:

• 专科/本科，机械或电子相关的学历背景
• 1-4年的相关领域的服务经验，快速消费品、电子和机械类优先
• 具有电气基本知识或电子、气动、液压和机械系统理论和解决能力, 诊断并提供解决问题的办法。在非标准化情况下，具有创新理念并能独立地解决问题。
• 具备较好的人际和客户关系管理技能。与客户发生冲突时，可以通过不同方式有技巧的沟通和谈判。
• 独立主动地完成工作。
• 具有基本的电脑知识，并能熟练的使用日常处理软件（如Word、Excel等）。
• 具备较强的抗压能力。
• 良好的中文口头和书面表达能力；基本的英语读写能力，能够较好地理解技术手册及文件。
• 愿意并能够随时在指定的服务区域出差；必要时能到中国境内的非指定区域出差和提供其他服务。
• 自觉学习，灵活应用，积极进取，团队精神,并致力于落实公司的核心价值观，代表公司专业形象，推动客户和供应商的信任。
• 具有较强的商务谈判能力和业务敏锐度的优先考虑。
