About this role

About the role
This is a hands-on delivery role for our payments product line, covering the full path from business requirements to production support and new service design. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and engineering to turn requirements into technical solutions and keep delivery on track from ticket to release.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and clarify business requirements, including changes involving several departments;
  • Work out the solution, agree it with stakeholders, and turn it into clear Jira tasks;
  • Prioritize the backlog and support developers and QA throughout implementation;
  • Adjust the solution when business needs or technical constraints change;
  • Test new functionality across branch, staging, and production environments;
  • Investigate production issues using logs, admin tools, and previous implementations, then scope the required fixes or improvements;
  • Design new services at a high level, including integrations, data ownership, external dependencies, and mockups;
  • Prepare user instructions for new features.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, System/Business Analyst, or Delivery Manager
  • Ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution without heavy engineering support
  • Hands-on Jira experience and familiarity with the software delivery lifecycle
  • Comfortable reading logs and using admin tools to investigate issues
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar software

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments or fintech
  • Experience outlining service architecture at a conceptual level
  • SQL or basic API literacy
