How will you impact?

You will operate as an embedded subject matter expert and product lead, driving critical implementation activities from inception through to production stabilization. You will take technical ownership of deliverables.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of implementation activities across schemes, processors, and internal teams.
• Drive planning, execution, and governance for critical deliverables 
• Act as the primary coordination point between technical SMEs to ensure operational readiness and timely delivery.
• Challenge and manage dependencies, risks, and critical-path activities across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate discussions to translate complex topics into plans.
• Maintain oversight of test execution, tokenization onboarding, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Proven track record managing complex card issuing, processor migration, or payment implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of scheme implementation processes
• Senior-level payments domain expertise covering card issuing and processing.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical SMEs and engineering teams effectively.
• Ability to operate as both a subject matter expert and embedded product lead
