Team Overview

Our team designs and develops solutions that strengthen secure, reliable communication across telecommunication networks.

Our platforms are integrated into the ecosystem and technical infrastructure of mobile operators across Europe where our services process and analyze voice calls and messages to improve security and customer engagement for millions of end consumers.

In addition, our team provides fully managed Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions to multiple carriers.

This role reports into the Director Product and Technology at RealNetworks, a TransUnion company and will form part of a small team of strong but very capable tech team based in Salzburg, Austria.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective team communication, including leading daily stand-ups, prioritizing tasks, clarifying requirements, and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery. 

• Plan and manage projects by defining scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation. 

• Collaborate closely with product owners to refine requirements, build deep product understanding, and contribute to shaping the future direction of our product portfolio. 

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Support the delivery and deployment of products, including cloud-based environments such as AWS. 

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Proven experience in a professional software development environment

• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master)

• Hands-on project management experience

• Solid understanding of software architecture, development practices, delivery processes, and modern deployment practices

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a collaborative mindset, excellent interpersonal and team facilitation skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS

Required Technical

The minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 4,061.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications, your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
