Our challenge

We are seeking a Drive cross-functional delivery of platform initiatives, coordinating engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.

Additional Information* 

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.  In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k – CAD $125k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across engineering pods.
  • Coordinate between vendor resourcing teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Track risk, issues, and delivery status; report to leadership.
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years technical program/project management experience.
  • Experience in blockchain, fintech, or large-scale platform programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
  • PMP/Agile certification a plus.
