- Strong experience managing large-scale transformation / modernization programs
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year programs
- Experience with global delivery models (onshore/offshore)

- Good understanding of:
- legacy systems (mainframe / NonStop / COBOL)
- cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
