工作內容 Job Responsibilities
- 主導 POS / KIOSK 新產品導入（NPI）全流程：設計、驗證、試產、量產導入
- 負責產品專案時程、資源與品質的全面管理
- 跨部門協調：整合研發、製造、採購、品質、行銷與業務等資源
- 推動 DFM（Design for Manufacturability，可製造性設計）：在設計階段即導入製造端考量，提升組裝效率、降低成本、避免生產瓶頸
- 協助產線規劃、製程準備與導入，確保量產順利展開
- 負責產品生命週期管理（PLM）：從開發、量產、異動控制至產品退場
- 處理量產後異常與重大客訴，擔任客戶與內部技術團隊間的橋樑
- 控管專案成本：包含 BOM 成本、樣品預算、測試與認證支出與採購與供應鏈協作，進行關鍵料件交期追蹤與短料問題排除
- 定期以中英文向內部高階主管與海外團隊彙報專案狀況
- 支援產品認證（如 CE、EMC）測試資料與文件準備
必要條件 Required Qualifications
- 對X86、ARM 電子產品具備相當技能及概念
- 具備電子產品硬體類 NPI 經驗, 熟產品生命週期管理流程（EVT/DVT/PVT/MP/EOL）
- 工程、管理、工業工程或相關科系學士以上學歷
- 至少 5 年以上電子產品專案管理經驗
- 具備產品異常分析與跨部門協調處理能力
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Project、Excel、PowerPoint 等專案管理工具
- 良好的中英文溝通與報告能力，能應對海外團隊
加分條件 Preferred Qualifications
- PMP 證照或具備相關知識者
- 熟悉歐盟產品認證流程（如 CE、EMC、RoHS）與技術文件準備
- 有歐洲設計／台灣製造跨國團隊合作經驗者
