Technical Operations Lead - AI Cloud Platform

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Technical Operations Lead – AI Cloud Platform to oversee the day-to-day operations, reliability, and support of a large-scale private AI cloud platform.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Lead platform operations and technical support;
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and service reliability;
• Own incident, problem, and change management processes;
• Coordinate major incident response and technical escalations;
• Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support models;
• Lead backup, restore, and disaster recovery testing;
• Monitor platform capacity, availability, and performance;
• Coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and vendor support;
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Support operational readiness for new services and capabilities;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations;
• 3+ years in a technical lead or operations leadership role;
• Experience operating enterprise-scale or mission-critical platforms;
• Strong experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and private cloud environments;
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations, managing major incidents, and meeting SLAs;
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices;
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills;

Technical Knowledge

• Canonical OpenStack;
• Canonical Kubernetes;
• MAAS and Juju;
• Ceph;
• Ubuntu Server;
• Prometheus and Grafana;
• Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Loki;
• Terraform and Ansible;
• Azure DevOps or equivalent;
• Keycloak, Vault, PAM, and SIEM solutions;
• NVIDIA GPU infrastructure;

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI or GPU platform operations;
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices;
• ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience;
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or ISO 22301;
• Experience working in regulated environments.
