We are looking for an AVEVA ERM Support Analyst to provide application operations and first‑level to second‑level support for AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management (ERM). The role involves incident handling, user support, monitoring, and coordination with L2/L3 teams to ensure smooth application operations.

Aveva Enterprise Resource Management is Neste common investment project management system that provides comprehensive functions for steering, monitoring and reporting. It improves planning and reporting as well as enables more transparent, profitable and better quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of AVEVA ERM (Enterprise Resource Management)
  • Understanding of ERM / ERP application support processes
  • Experience with incident, problem, and request management
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or similar)
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

AVEVA ERM Modules & Concepts

  • AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) fundamentals
  • Understanding of ERM data model and workflows
  • Material lifecycle management (engineering → procurement → construction)
  • Integration of ERM with AVEVA E3D / Engineering / Diagrams
  • ERM user administration and role management

Technical Skills

  • AVEVA ERM configuration and customization
    • Interngaration knowledge of SAP and Oracle modules.
  • Understanding of relational databases (Oracle / SQL Server)
  • Data migration and legacy system loading
  • Report extraction and data analysis
